Return Eligibility

  1. Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. Products must also be in their original packaging.
  3. Receipt: Proof of purchase is required to process any returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or used cartridges.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount.
  • Customized or special order items.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@inkplustoner.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
